I’ve just written a proposal for a retail client suggesting we set up a front of store site for feedback about a particular issue. (It only costs a £100 or so to get a big banner printed.) I’ve love the idea of Street Talk – and I think one way to invite it… is to invite it! Let’s have more spontaneous chats with customers in-store
