Write your own conclusions

Notes

There’s something inherently wrong in the one-way debrief.

The one where the researcher does all the talking, and the client does all the listening. How about adding in an exercise after presenting findings – ‘write your own conclusions’ where the audience write down their key take-outs/ insights/ big aha moments and they are shared before the researcher presents their conclusions?
