Promises

1. Diligence: Every aspect of the project will be given masses of care and attention.
2. Graft: I will work hard for you, no thought left unexamined.
3. Learning: I spend at least 20% of my time at Qual Street learning new things to apply to your projects and to improve my qualitative skills.
4. Delivery: It’s your output, so you get it how you want it; films, prezi, powerpoint, written report, playing cards, posters…
5. Integrity: right price, data protected, respondent care*.
6. Extras: You will always get more than you asked for in a project.

**Privacy statement for respondents/ participants* We don’t directly recruit respondents, but if you take part in a Qual Street project we will have some of your contact details passed onto us, and stored electronically whilst the research project is live. When the project is over we destroy all personal details. When reporting we do not personally identify any of our participants, your anonymity is guaranteed, unless we ask explicitly (in writing) for your permission to share your identity with a client.
