Here’s a really rich way to help understand how consumers feel about your brand values
It’s really simple. Most brand managers know off by heart what their brand’s values are, or at least what they want them to be. Identify 4-5 of these values and then (via an on-line community, bulletin board, or Pinterest) ask respondents (maybe your target consumers) to search for images/ photos that sum up this idea for them visually.
In no time you’ll have your own ‘moodboard’ of brand values, and a start point for inspiration for your brand. I’ve used these images in workshops and as part of insight gathering and analysis.
Enjoy!
