Mildly happy for maximum creativity

Notes

According to Claudia Hammond’s book on emotions, being mildly happy helps the brain work in more creative ways.

Giving people small rewards in a group, or workshop (like giving away some chocolate) or creating an atmosphere of fun will light up participants minds, and help with more powerful, problem solving and creative thinking. (Oh and apparently we stand up for good news and sit down for bad, so some upstanding bits in a group could be good too…)

Somewhat joyful, that’s what we need to aim for!
