…it made me wonder if we can use that insight when we are interviewing people and we want to create more intimacy… I was thinking manicures… one of the participants on the Year in the Life project is a manicurist and I was wondering a) about her interviewing her clients for us and b) interviewing her whilst she did my nails…

…maybe qual researchers should train as beauticians?
